Our Services
Every job starts with a straight answer. We'll tell you whether your system needs an inspection, a repair, or a full replacement, then handle it end to end, with you in the loop every step of the way.
Septic
Everything on your side of the tank, from the house to the leach field. Inspections, repairs, and full installations.
- Inspections for home sales and troubleshooting, with a straight written answer before you close or dig
- Repairs done to code: failed fields, broken baffles, collapsed lines
- Full system replacements and new construction, engineered and permitted right the first time
Sewer
The line between your house and the street, where most of the surprises live. We find the problem and fix it.
- Camera inspections before you buy or when things slow down. You see what we see, on video
- Repairs for root intrusion, bellies, and breaks. Spot fixes where they make sense, replacement where they don't
- New laterals and connections, coordinated with the township so nothing stalls at the permit desk
Underground Drainage
Water where it shouldn't be? We get it moving away from your house and keep it there.
- French drains, dry wells, and stormwater lines
- Downspout and sump discharge piping, buried and routed properly
- Grading and drainage fixes for soggy yards and wet basements
The Colarris Difference
This trade has a reputation problem: unmarked trucks, vague quotes, torn-up yards. We built our business to be the opposite of that.
Straight answers
We explain what's wrong, what it costs to fix, and what can wait, in plain English and with photos. No scare tactics, no mystery line items.
We know the code cold
Septic and sewer work lives and dies on township and county code. We keep it tight so your permit, inspection, and closing don't stall.
We leave it better than we found it
Every job ends graded, seeded, and cleaned up. Your yard should look better after us than it did before the problem started.
Our Work
The machines at work, systems going in, and the finished site, including the one that matters most: how we leave your yard.

Mike Colangelo
Partner
Mike has spent his career in septic and sewer work across central New Jersey. He runs jobs like the property is his own, and he answers his phone.
Mark Harris
Partner
Mark handles the machines and the logistics that keep a dig on schedule. If it moves dirt, he's run it, and he's particular about how the site looks when he leaves.
Common Questions
Straight answers to the things people ask us most.
Do I need a septic inspection to sell my home?
Most home sales in our area include one. Buyers, lenders, and townships often require it. We inspect the system, put the findings in writing with photos, and walk you through what matters before closing.
How do I know if my sewer line is the problem?
Slow drains, backups in the lowest fixtures, or soggy spots in the yard are the usual signs. A camera inspection shows exactly what's going on. You see the video and get a plain-English read on it.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. Septic and sewer work runs through township and county approvals, and we coordinate the paperwork and inspections so the job doesn't stall at the permit desk.
What will my yard look like when you're done?
Better than when we started. Every job ends graded, seeded, and cleaned up. That's the standard we're known for.
